- What counts as internal audit software, and why do we need it?

It gives your team a consistent methodology, a clear evidence trail, and reporting the audit committee can rely on.
- How is an "audit" counted against my plan limit?
- Each plan includes a number of audits — on paid plans that limit is per year, and it resets each year. On the Free plan you get one audit to try the full lifecycle end to end. Upgrade at any time to raise the limit.
- Is our audit data secure and kept separate from other organisations?
- Yes. Verity is multi-tenant software with strict data isolation between organisations, two-factor authentication, encryption at rest and in transit, and least-privilege access controls. See our Security page for the full picture.
- Can we try Verity before paying?
- Yes — the Free plan has no time limit and no credit card. Your team can map an audit universe, run a real engagement and produce a report before deciding whether to upgrade.
- Can we change or cancel our plan later?
- Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account settings. Annual billing is available on paid plans at a lower effective monthly rate.
